PREVIEW TOUR & ROOFTOP PARTY –

One of the best parties of the season is the Tour Preview & Rooftop Party where guest will enjoy catered hors d’oeuvres, sip wine & beer poolside with friends on a beautiful night under the stars and the city skyline as our backdrop. New this year is live jazz entertainment by Jasmine Spitzer singing classic rat pack standards and other fan favorites. Jasmine is a feature performer at Ginger Rabbit and on WCBE.

Guests get an exclusive preview of tour homes from 4:30pm to 7pm. They return to Hubbard Park Place to party from 7pm to 10pm. Preview Party tickets are limited.

Guests also receive complimentary admission to Sunday’s tour.

The home tour & preview party are the Short North Civic Association’s annual fundraising event with proceeds supporting Screen on the Green, Goodale Park Music Series, Neil Avenue planters, streetscaped medians, and local grants for community projects.
