The 2025 Tour of Homes & Gardens invites you on a self-guided exploration through the Short North’s Victorian Village and Italian Village neighborhoods, highlighting exceptional restoration, innovative renovation and use of outdoor spaces.
These 9 homes on tour offer a glimpse into the area’s historic architecture blended with modern livability. Tourgoers will be inspired by • stunning renovations • third-floor attics transformed into serene hideaways • solariums and four-season retreats • carriage house artist’s studio • personal eclectic art collections • lush gardens with flowing waterfall, pergolas, outdoor living rooms • man caves and mini bars.
This year’s 50th Anniversary Tour Of Homes & Gardens celebrates ‘pioneers’ who embraced our historic neighborhood and took a chance despite uncertainty. Their commitment, care, perseverance and belief in community laid a foundation for the vibrant place Short North has become today. The neighborhood has evolved over the past 50 years and one thing remains the same – our collective love of our Short North community.

Join us for the spectacular preview party at the legendary Circus House! Get ready for a night of intrigue and wonder as we unveil the magic that lies within these hallowed walls. Guided tours will provide a tantalizing glimpse behind the velvet curtain!
4:30pm – 7pm: Preview 9 homes on home tour
7pm – 10pm: Preview party Circus House terrace
Guests will savor catered food, open bar, music & special guests appearances by Dr. Frank-n-Furter from Rocky Horror courtesy of Short North Stage, plus Anna and The Annadroids! All on a beautiful night under the stars mingling with friends aside the shimmering pool. Guided tours will be available for guests to experience the full grandeur that is The Circus House. Each room reveals a story, rich with character and charm, offering a rare glimpse into the legacy and beauty of this restored and treasured landmark.
