One of the best parties of the season is the Tour Preview & Rooftop Party where guest will enjoy catered hors d’oeuvres, sip wine & beer poolside with friends on a beautiful night under the stars and the city skyline as our backdrop. New this year is live jazz entertainment by Jasmine Spitzer Duo playing the jazz classics and other favorites. You may recognize the quintet from Ginger Rabbit and WCBE.
Guests get an exclusive preview of the tour homes from 4:30pm to 7pm. They return to Hubbard Park Place to party from 7pm to 10pm. Preview Party tickets are limited, we encourage everyone to buy their tickets early this year. Guests also receive complimentary admission to Sunday’s tour.

GUESTS CHECK IN at Will-Call table @ Hubbard Park Place entrance & receive ticket and tour program with map to preview tour locations. (Shuttles will not be available on Saturday)
• 7:00pm:
GUESTS RETURN to Hubbard Park Place for the party where they are escorted to the rooftop deck to ENJOY open bar, hors d’oeuvres and music under the stars!
Proceeds from the Short North Tour of Homes & Gardens, Preview Tour and Rooftop Party go to fund neighborhood programs like Screen on the Green, Goodale Park Music Series, Neil Ave planters, Annual Short North Yard Sales and more!
