This year’s Short North Tour of Homes & Gardens features the extraordinary range of homes & outdoor living that define the eclectic character of the Short North neighborhood. Tour grand historic Queen Anne style mansions, the Italianate ‘sisters’, a home surrounded by native Ohio plantings, an industrial sawtooth warehouse converted to loft condos with art collections and creative inspiration galore. Stroll through serene outdoor living spaces providing homeowners with a tranquil retreat and yet only a few steps from High St., plus a brand new Bali-inspired mid-rise with specifically designed environments for personal growth & well being. Leave serenity and visit the vibrant home of a creative duo that serves as a showcase for their art, mid century modern collection and a kitch plastic display that defies description!
Go ‘behind the scenes’ at Short North Tour of Homes & Gardens where tour attendees get an exclusive chance to visit the private homes and outdoor spaces of residents in the Short North’s Italian Village & Victorian Village.
Day of tour, tour attendees pick up tickets & tour program at Goodale Park Shelter House where they’ll start the tour. Tour tickets include admission to all homes on tour and access to free shuttles. Pre-purchase tickets online conveniently or buy tickets day of the tour.

One of the best parties of the season is the Preview Tour & Rooftop Party! Guests will enjoy open bar with wine, beer & seltzers, catered hors d’oeuvres by The Berwick, an assortment of treats from featured Short North businesses including Jeni’s and Winans … all on a beautiful night under the stars. Mingle with friends beside the pool, vibe to a soulful blend of classics by Paisha Thomas & Wib Schneider taking in the panoramic city skyline.
Guests will get an exclusive preview of tour locations from 4:30pm to 7pm. Then return to the Hubbard Park Place to party from 7pm to 10pm. Guests receive complimentary admission to Sunday’s tour. Preview Party tickets are limited, buy early!

Start your tour at Goodale Park Shelter House where you’ll buy a tour ticket to enter all homes tour. If you pre-purchased your ticket online, your name will be at the Will-Call desk where you’ll receive your ticket.
This is a self guided walking tour and if you prefer to ride, attendees are welcome to board shuttles on the tour route – hop on and off at any of the tour homes. Visit homes in any order you prefer, go at your own pace and enjoy your day! Tour stops are identified by tour banners and signs indicate shuttle stops nearby each tour home.
