In 2025, the SNCA proudly celebrates 50 years of building community in the Short North. Our mission is to foster a vibrant, connected neighborhood, improve our shared quality of life, and advocate for residents’ interests. Through beloved events such as the Short North Tour of Homes, Music in Goodale Park, Screen on the Green, and the Short North Yard Sale, we bring people together and celebrate what makes our neighborhood special.
Board members play a key role in guiding this work. Responsibilities include:
• Attending monthly board meetings and occasional online discussions
• Serving on one or more committees aligned with your interests or skills
• Collaborating with neighbors, city officials, and community partners to strengthen our area
