An Italian Village resident since 2012, Brett purchased this 1,100 sq. ft. condo preconstruction after his two-year search proved fruitless. Buying the home preconstruction also meant the first-time home buyer had the option to select each furnish and upgrade.

Completed in the fall of 2016, the condo consists of three floors. On the first floor is a garage, half bath and a foyer. Heading up to the second floor, you will find the kitchen, living and eating area laid out in an open floor plan, which Brett says is a great space for entertaining. If you make your way to the third floor, you will notice a large master bedroom, a walk-in closet and a balcony to take in the panoramic views of downtown Columbus.

When furnishing his condo, a process Brett very much enjoyed, he opted for local art, including paintings of and around the Short North, abstract pieces and photography. The furniture is a mix of contemporary pieces and pieces of his family’s furniture.
