Completed in October 2016, Brandon purchased this 1201 sq. ft., 3-floor condo early in the development process because he wanted influence on the layout and to select the finishes. His finishes and furniture, selected mostly from Room and Board and Crate Barrell, reflect his modern aesthetic, and the open floor plan allows a flexibility to decorate based on the occasion or event.

The first floor includes a 1-car garage, a foyer and powder room. Heading to the second floor, you will see the kitchen, bar and great room, and walking up to the third floor reveals the bedroom, master bathroom, a custom walk-in closet and a balcony.

The 3-floor condo has the added bonus of being a great workout for his dog, Frasier.

Brandon works at JP Morgan in real estate and is president of the Home Owners Association. He enjoys playing golf and dining in new restaurants, which is one of the reasons the Short North is so appealing: everything is walkable and new businesses are always opening.
